KResearch Group was established in 1999 in Cyprus as a response to the shift by various institutions in the ‘90s such as banks, telcos, retailers, municipalities, government, etc. to expand their presence beyond their traditional brick and mortar branches. Such establishments adopted alternative delivery channels via the web, call centers and other touchpoints (kiosks and ATMs) in order to improve their overall engagement with their customers. Subsequently, our aim was to offer research, consulting, software development, product development and systems integration services to such organizations.

1999

KResearch Launch

On the onset of our company, we were involved in building some state-of-the-art Contact Management Centers initially here in Cyprus and then abroad. Our involvement included the design and development of IVR and Call Center Agent applications, the overall CTI integration as well as integration with the various backend systems used.

2001

Touchpoint CRM Ltd

Continuing the successful pace of our company and as to allow us to have better focus on our growth trajectory, we have decided in 2001 to create Touchpoint CRM Ltd, a subsidiary company offering software consulting services for the IT needs of large organizations across Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. During that period, we were involved in several large scale projects in software development for CTI-enabled call center agent applications and IVRs, kiosks, ATMs, check clearing, etc. In parallel, the overall KResearch Group embarked on new research areas around Spectral Transformation Resynthesis for music by capitalizing the progress made in new forms of digital musical instruments as a result of the high penetration of electronic keyboards, synthesizers and other computer-aided music creating platforms.

2006

KResearch Multimedia – Audio Plugins

The result of our research initiated at KResearch Group was to develop and release in 2006 music plugins to complement the efforts of music artists while pursuing their own unique sound. After the high adoption of our music products by various world famous sound designers, composers and pop and rock groups – this until today contributes to a substantial portion of our overall business – we expanded further in the area of consulting services by offering advanced software development services and complex systems integration.

2008

Release of nKiosk Bill Payment

Given the demand by several banking, government, telcos and retail organizations to offer the capability for consumers to pay for their utility and other bills on self-service kiosks, we released in 2008 the nKiosk Bill Payment solution. Our nKiosk was rapidly adopted by several organizations ranging from Telcos in India and the Gulf, Banks in Africa and the Middle East, etc.

2015

Release of nManage platform

Subsequently, leveraging our experience gained in research, product development, sales and distribution, in 2015 we released the nManage platform – a Software Distribution and Management Solution as to complement our nKiosk bill payment solution and any other application targeted for a self-service device, such as kiosks and ATMs. The nManage platform became part of NCR’s Vision solution (ATM Monitoring and Management) and is currently adopted by hundreds of major banks around the world running on thousands of ATMs.

2021

ManageThings Ltd

The advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) and its subsequent technological progress, but also the challenge that brought along, had inspired us to leverage our extensive experience in software application development and complex systems integration and form ManageThings Ltd, a new vibrant company we created earlier in 2021, as to allow us to laser-focus and enter the rapidly changing business of smart automation. As a result, we recently announced Mia (ManageThings Intelligent Assistant), a ground breaking platform designed to take advantage of the latest IoT technologies and contribute in providing intelligent automation for homes, buildings, banking branches, schools, hotels, etc.
